Paramount Gold (PGDP on Pinks) -- They just announced another above-market financing of restricted stock, see finance.yahoo.com . Is this sort of think common for junior gold companies? It is unheard of for oil & gas exploration companies to do this. Next question, why on earth would an investor be willing to invest in restricted stock at a price that is above the market? The amount of shares in this placement was about 2 days worth of typical volume.
