I wouldn't run for public office unless the pay was equal to what a top-tier corporate CEO earns. Otherwise, why put up with the endless politicking and infighting? I can make more money in the stock market, Lord willing and the market don't crash. BTW, I know you're referring to Clayton Williams and his remark about how a woman being raped should "relax and enjoy it". He was a truly sick man, and I'm proud to have voted for Ann Richards for Texas Gov. She won, too. DCF wrote: I hope you are not running for office....
