Kenneth, from your interpretation of the Federal Healthcare bill, what precedence would be set by a negative ruling by the Supreme Court and the jurisdiction of the Federal to have any powers under the the commerce clause? Isn't this a case of Federal rights of the union vs state rights? What about EEOC, EPA, Interstate highway Federal Laws, race relations, Climate and emission and mileage standards,etc.? I am sure you have additional knowledge,
