You'll be fine. Both companies are going to prosper long term.

But XM is far and away the stronger competitor. It just isn't getting the hype. While all but 20 mln of XM's shares are in steady hands (institutions, big holders), Sirius is trading 300 mln shares/day. People think it is "cheaper". And they got Stern (at a cost of a half billion dollars). And Mel (lord knows they NEEDED new management).

Sirius is not going to hold these lofty levels. I don't know when it comes back to earth -- maybe not until after CES. The Q4 loss is likely to exceed $200 mln, while XM's will come in under $110 mln. Sirius is going to burn $110-120 mln in cash in Q4.
