I post the US (Unconfirmed Signals) and Weighted Action List (WAL) ratios at the bottom of the market report. If US ratio is predominantly buys (as in the left side of ratio is higher than the right) and the Price Phase values start to increase, that is considered a confirmed buy signal. The reverse occurs when the ratio is mostly sell signals on the right and the Price Phase values start to descrease. The last operative signal was on August 16th as shown in the market report.

I run the report nightly and post the values here. The ratios depend on the stocks you have on your disk. My numbers for the entire database and S&P 500 are very close to the values he shows for May and have been in the past as well.
