I believe in a stated timetable for withdrawl that will hopefully force the iraqis to solve their internal problems No, it would just encourage the terrorists that all they had to do was hang on a little longer, then victory! There are many ways that the US can pressure the Iraqis, more quietly, without giving such encouragment to the Wahabbis and Baathists.
