What am I missing? Wish they could give us some concrete solutions. Let's do away with Farm and Corporate welfare, etc. Is in not the States responsibility to pick up the cost which occurs in the States. I would think that a know everything moron, such as you would come up with the solution. "Let's put our heads together, threaders, and brainstorm this difficult problem." It's actually quite simple. Get rid of medicaid, public aid, food stamps, utility assistance, rent assistance, free phone service, and almost free internet service from obama's new dinner partner, Comcast. Get rid of the freebies to the free loaders and the states will be flush again. Have you ever compared the states with the largest financial problems, and see what the one common denominator is? It's a shame that your "ignore" will be working again, at this opportune time. You are so pathetic and predictable. HTH
