IMPORTANTMy office contacted the lawyer's office. Stuart M. Kaye, from Don Session's office returned our calls and told us that the lawsuit is only from a disgruntled former employee. It is a wrongful termination suit and any allegations of misconduct on the part of MRV are allegations, heresay and rumour. David is most likely the former employee and is just plain pissed off. I would like those on this sight to use fact to justify their posts. We have the official word from the lawyer's office. What do you have to say about that DAVID??
