Kenneth, Think about how much interstate commerce has expanded from the time the Constitution was adopted. The power to regulate that commerce expanded as the amount of commerce expanded. There was no railroads or interstate highways. The framers intended the power to expand as the amount of commerce expanded.

Thanks for the information. In other words, the Court considered the Constitution as a "Living Document." :) And, we have had Conservative Courts as well as Progressive Courts. Now, we still have a Conservative Court with Chief Judge Roberts appointed by Bush.

I think some of our threaders need to go back and read so the Courts interpretations before they jump to conclusions and make judicial statements. They need a lawyer to interpret the law and case law!!!!

Thanks again.
