Well Dean, given what I have personally been through in regards to the GRNO saga, I think that I have a special take on all of this.

Now maybe none of you all feel any regret about all the internet hoopla we created, but I certainly do. I certainly regret EVER mentioning GRNO and GIFS in the same breath, for I am led to believe that it was because of our incessant chatter on both if their threads that brought down the scrutiny of the SEC net police. GIFS was certainly an outright fraud and was shut down. GRNO is a more complex issue.

Of course, that doesn't excuse Carraway, O'Brien, and Anderson for the mistakes they made. Whether those mistakes constitute willful and outright fraud is what the courts will eventually decide.
