I see Robbie and jiggy are trying to breathe life into CCK again. Jiggy's all excited over the signing of another non-binding agreement. You'd think the dink would have learned from the experience with Honu and it further underscores the need for detail in the "marble" contract. After all a binding contract always has escape clauses in the event of a need to break the contract.
