I hear that often that placement abilities for fresh stock are hampered by nasty short sellers. Obviously, the biggest short sellers are those ones who can hand in their preferred stock certifiates and debentures as a collateral.

But the ZONA fraud shows that very often that - as you mentioned - the opposite is true. For such a long time ZONA had some altitude, $20 and more, before eventually collapsing - not before vasomax has been put to an end.

Maybe HEB will develop to get an even better short, ie smelling the comparable action to last summer, it rises in the hot season and falls back in Autumn? Maybe CFS is not really a disease but has to do with the season?
