CHASKA, Minn., Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Entegris, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENTG - news), a materials integrity management company, today announced it has received the prestigious SEMICONDUCTOR 300 (SC300) Top Tier Supplier Award 1999 for its 300 mm front-opening unified pod (FOUP). Entegris has been the sole supplier of 300 mm FOUPs for the pilot line at SC300 -- a joint venture between Infineon Technologies and Motorola in Dresden, Germany -- since 1998.
For the award selection process, SC300 established a stringent set of criteria. Recipients of the SC300 Top Tier Supplier Award must demonstrate the highest standards in quality, technology, logistics, service and support, and management.
