That's a fairly amazing read on what I wrote there, Kreskin.......The main theme had more to do with who pays and the affect it has on the willingness to use, or more to the point, over use a service that does not come directly out of the consumers pocket. That and the expectation of the provider that the cost would be more or less meaningless to the patient due to the growing propensity for third party payers.

If there is some hate in there, kindly point it out.....otherwise go fly a kite.
