Drilling has been completed at Los Dos Marias for now. Just one initial hole to locate the shear zone deposit and a follow up hole to drill into the shear zone.(The mantos deposits and the deposit associated with the grandiorite intrusive remain untested.) Minerlization has been encountered again.
Drilling has recommenced at Lipangue with a hole #9 to be completed. A hole 10 is possibility or they may stop with #9.

Couple facts on the shear zone deposit:

The zone runs NW to SE towards the grandiorite intrusive. It is approximately 400 meters long by 75 wide and probably very deep. Minerlization is to the surface and consists of multiple narrow veins of gold bearing arsenopyrite.

If we assume 200 meters of depth to this structure(conservative) we
have 400 x 75 x 200 or 6 MM cubic meters of minerlization. This works out to approximately 18 MM tons of minerlization. Assuming 10 AU grams/ton (based on some previous sampling that was done-ie 5 grams/ton even in the tailing pile) this works out to 6.5 million ounces-not to shabby! It remains to be seen what the mantos and intrusive will show there.
