Several years back, while driving to Miami with my brother and his friend we saw gas in GA at (I think) just a bit above 80 cents a gallon. My brother's friend (who as driving at the time and also owned the car) decided he didn't need gas yet. We wound up getting it at one of the first gas stations in FL for about 50 cents a gallon more. (which is really big when considered as a percentage it would be like paying something like $1.50 more now)
