Sounds like a great idea! Then they'll tax citizens based on body fat percentage. Could be an expansion of the cap and charade greenhouse gas system. Everyone is allowed a BMI of say 29 as 30 and over is obese. All obese people can then be taxed. Those with low BMIs can sell index points to those with higher BMIs. The allowable BMI will be reduced over a period of years and everyone will be healthier as well as wealthier from trading BMI index points.
