Steve/Tony, do either one of you know why TCN is making an interest distribution rather than a dividend. Just curious... I do realize that it has to be at least equal to the mandated dividend, but is this the way the Brazil gov't gets to siphon 15% off up front??? Or is this just their fancy phraseology for usual dividend...
