Something does not seem right. Either that TCN payment is about 27% of what it should be or I am confused... actually I am confused anyway... Did they really lose 16 million in the 4th quarter... they had earnings of approx 25 million $R thru 9/30 and if this payment (whether it be dividend or interest on net worth) is 25% of earnings then it seems that their 1998 earnings are only approx 9 million $R... Or since I have a chip loose, I could have screwed up in conversion hell...and the above is all wrong. Or the news release is all wet... could be another one of these Brazilian releases with half right / half wrong
