Initially, I thought Boehner was the winner too. I've changed my mind. Too many liberals and liberal press is knocking Obama for being weak. I think the Republicans got snookered. Here's what I wrote somewhere else.

Was it a clever move picking a fight with Boehner and the speech time slot?

Now the speech is a day later. The same day as the NFL debut. The rebuttal is being give by none other than Marco Rubio.

So...............will Obama be late, then talk too much, then have the Dems stand and clap for every fart, and run right into the kickoff of the game?

People might not watch Rubio speaking at all...........

Methinks the Republicans have just been outfoxed and outsmarted again.

You can bet your last dollar that NBC will cut off Rubio.
