How I see Cube:
History is a good teacher, because history often repeats itself and can be used to predict future events. What sticks in my mind the most as I look back at history is the skeptics, or those who fail to use history, and learn from it. I suppose there were skeptics going all the way back to the invention of the wheel. I suppose that as the wheel was being invented there were skeptics standing around who said it wouldn't work, or that it would cost to much, or maybe they said there would be to many tribes that would make those things called wheels, and therefore they would become useless. Now we find ourselves in the age of information. Information that can be digitized. We have learned new words like; DVD, MPEG, and digital compression. Like the wheel these are fantastic ideas, but yet we still have the skeptics. They have failed to look at China, and Asia they have miserably failed to recognize the value of a good idea. Has Asia taught that DVD will survive, and prosper? I think so. I believe history has taught me that DVD, and the MPEG will be around for awhile. So then if I believe, then it would only be prudent to invest in this technology. I see myself as an investor who has beat the crowd, and therefore I will reap the most gold. We should be thankful that there are skeptics, for it is the skeptics we shall profit from.
