You're showing a lack of knowledge about the market.

In that most people who have been around the markets much at all know that it's not a sign of anything about the company if the insiders are taking advantage of an over-bought, frothy, mania-driven stock market.

So they sold into this situation? Looks like good sense to me. I would have done the same thing, and so would you.

and no, I didn't buy in at the high, I sold into it, just like the insiders have. Is it because I don't like the company? Heck no. That's the way I trade. I sell high and buy low, and I am accumulating shares in the teens like crazy. The bottom is 13 1/2.
