Did you catch the party where he chirped up that "40% of Americans now own stock", and implied that his administration was responsible for this epic economic milestone? Since when is it the president's duty to pimp stocks, anyway? I suppose he's just greasing the skids for a job as an analyst at Lehman or Merrill in January.....
