I read an article in one of the bus rags about insiders who failed to file the required 144 form - form 13 something or other - and they were not penalized. Some of the insiders meentioned in the article submitted the forms years after the sale. Some auditor proabably told them they had to do it! Part of the story focued on the apparent lack of any sec penalites for these folks.
