"Vowed to bury us?" Where is the evidence for that? It was Krushchev who used the phrase "bury you" and even he did not mean by force. He used a Russian phrase which implied that when your system no longer exists, our system will still be around. We will attend the funeral of your system.
As we know, the opposite happened. There is tacit acknowledgement of this by the Chinese Communists as evidenced by their strong encouragement of capitalism now. Democracy will come later, when most people in China have jobs and political tensions are consequently much relaxed. I don't see the Communists as either wise or moral; they are just bowing to reality. In any case they are encouraging capitalism,not expecting to attend its funeral.
