Well, the "rumour" is LUMM will be NASDAQ National Market shortly after the New Year. If this is the case, then Institutional buying should occur relatively quickly assuming the technology is as good as I suspect it is. LUMM is trading as LUMME, apparently as a result of submitting to NASDAQ NM they either did not get their renewal for OTC BB or never received the paperwork. 2000 should be a good year for PNP the Chief
