Crown Laboratories and RVNC announce merger agreement. Crown, a private company will buy RVNC for $6.66 per share in cash, taking RVNC private. This is an 89% premium to the previous market close. The merger is expected to close by the end of the year. Both companies are located in Tennessee. Unfortunately it means that those who lost money by investing in RVNC too soon won’t regain their losses even if the RVNC product Daxxify becomes successful. finance.yahoo.com
