KMT: IMO. & No expert, yet I would say Lots of money chasing few shares?

Let me know if I got that question right OK. Was that on the test of 55
questions to become a MDIN stockholder? By the way the proper words should
be (lots of money chasing few shares, with little in the way of news to
say why there should be a move like that).
