I really like watching the T&S and Bid/Ask changes

Definitely! My favorite, after getting into a trade, is watching the bid build up (cool) and/or watching the T&S get very, very fast.

FWIW, stocks I'm thinking of for day trades tomorrow:

INTC
CSCO
ASND (though it can move too slowly)

I'm also wondering about and will watch the financials:

MER (Merrill)
LEH (Lehman)
TRV (Travelers)
MWD (Morgan Stanley)
