10/24/97 GLOW acquired Wolf Key Holdings Limited. Wolf Key is in operation in Canada, with the first Global Village providing full credit card processing services. Wolf Key's projected 1998 revenues are $18 million with much greater volume possible from additional credit card processing contracts. (from 11/6/97 press release)
