Yes, it's hard to pick a bottom for tomorrow since there will be pent-up demand as 'Straight Up' mentioned. I don't think we'll go below $150.
I usually look at what Yahoo & AMZN are doing early on & throughout the day for some kind of sympathetic indication, but as they are not being gobbled up by the funds just now, AOL is somewhat unique.
I think there will be a balancing act going on between any profit takers who waited til '99 (so they don't have to pay capital gains tax until 4/00) and buyers. Buyers will outweigh profit takers tomorrow. If international markets drag the market down in general, we may open lower, but I don't think that will have any affect (other than positive) on the number of shares passing into the hands of buyers.
