HB: You are correct to be concerned with what will be required to fuel the operational requirements during this downturn. It is very hard to ferret out what maintenance outlays will be required by management to maintain breakeven performance while still being competitive. Management does not provide the breakdown between the maintenance and discretionary spending in their filings. I cannot bring anything to the table on this issue. Regards, Jack Kunkle
