Hank - your symptoms almost exactly match what I had last week. You should find that you're feeling somewhat better by tonight, and almost entirely better by some time tomorrow. As I understand it, Zicam often does not eliminate the initial viral infection which generally lasts up to 3 days. What it does is halt the cycle of repeated reinfection that extends the cold for another week, in one form or another.

You may not get optimal results, also, because you used the stuff only every 4 hours. It can be used as often as every 2 hours, which I try to do for the first day or two at least.

Again, your point about the vagueness of the literature is well taken and certainly something they should work on. -Eric
