Look at DNET (http://www.ednet.net/), a provider of broadband internet IP content. The proper name is Entertainment Digital Network, Inc.

Subsidiary of VDAT (http://www.vdat.com/index1.html), also a content provider (PR Newswire among others).

DNET rose to 4+ in January and again in April, now sells at support level 2 1/8. Just waiting for volume to spike again. O/S is 16.8 mill shares, float only 3.4 mill shares. High Beta at 4.40.

Chart: tscn.com

Fundamentals are good. Current ratio 2.29. DNET sold off some redundant assets after the VDAT investment in 12/98. Sitting on 500k cash. Sales increasing, profits increasing.

Contrary information: VDAT owns 51%. There are warrants and options outstanding. DNET delisted from NASDAQ last quarter. Seven insiders have filed 144 sales this year on restricted stock. Read the S-3 filing: freeedgar.com

I have a small position in DNET.

Regards
