How will this help the self-employed without a "paycheck" per se?

If you want to stay in business you will have to buy insurance. Their isn't any "good" solution to this problem. If the right doesn't come up with something like this, we will continue down the road to national health insurance. That is what the left wants, and they have been selling it, one slice at a time.
