At the top of a market, people can't get enough of the stuff at any price. At the bottom of the market, they hesitate to buy anything at any price. The market as a whole is not "cheap", but all-in-all, on a stock by stock basis, there are stocks to buy at reasonable prices for the first time in years. It is amusing to see so much pathetic whining and hand-wringing. Good luck -- just my 2 cents worth.
