Which part of "no legal basis" and "utterly unconstitutional" leaves you in fear and doubt over this? No one on the thread can find the slightest shred of legal precedent or applicable law except that which says churches can be as biased as they like within their own doors and among their own members.

It really is black-letter law unless you can show otherwise. No reason to join the fear and anxiety over nothing brigade - it is already overpopulated by others these days.
