Ofcourse the semi's are undervalued, AMAT lays off 1/3 of their work force, The big NVLS office here is gathering dust and they cant even rent it out to anyone else, INTC is closing offices left and right, MU is still selling drams at cost. Heck anything trading under a P/E of 500 is under valued cause its the future that counts! In the future AMAT, NVLS, MU, TXN, INTC etc are the starts in your eyes, they will fly fly fly away to the heavens. There are still riots in asia, russia is dying, europe aint doing that much better and americans are scared of loosing their jobs. Dont worry keep buying! The fed will lower intrest rates and the US will be able to carry the world on its shoulders.. well except Libya and Iraq, they should still suffer. The amrket looks to double from here, but no matter what anyone says, I dont see the fundaments just there with all the empty offices in the office parks. |
