Do you understand basic economics? That is if you cut down a whole forest for profit, you make great GDP that year but nothing the next year?

Or if you borrow 10 trillion dollars and spend it in five years you will have great GDP for those five, but terrible GDP once you have to start paying the debt back?

That is exactly what Bush just did to create his "growth", including starting a terribly expensive quagmire war.

Sometimes rightwingers refuse to acknowledge elementary school math. Like if you lower taxes on the rich the government will go broke unless you stop spending on social programs.
That's another elementary math truth rightwingers refuse to see.
