Hi Anne,

Ever since President Clinton (Ugh) designated that huge tract of land out west as a monument even though it had humongus amounts of natural resources and he did it over the objections of state and local authorities, I am afraid that-given a good enough pretext-the blasted Federal Government can do anything it wants. That includes spoiling our little investment in Arizona. Let us assume the best and in any dealings with the Feds they contract with IPM for Platinum at a fair price.
