Mark Silvers states the following:

to have it's lawyer on the board. That is something that is totally above board and "in the light of day" so to speak" I do not agree! I do agree with Knight that having the legal council on the board is standard practice in many corporations. But not running the day today operations.

Mark you are critical of Fred for not coming to a "Resolution of differences with Canadian authorities" How can you give Sid a do over on this point but not Fred? He is the legal council, if he had done the job right, Fred would not have had to be brought in the first place.
