Well said, retired ... your point on the techstock bubble is pertinent, it's only one third of a decade now since that began to burst, and there are still folks realising their hit from it .... anybody following resources over time knows we had a bubble peaking only about eight years ago, there was gross mal-investment going on all over the planet, radiating out from -yes- Toronto et environs .... is that the TSE's fault, i don't think so Maybe it's just too early for folks to get enthusiastic about anything at all ... except indifference, they're certainly taking that to extremes -g-
