I don't know what role Art Koch played in Paracelsian's management decisions to date, so I really don't know if he would be good as the president or not. However, your points are well taken. I was happy with the way Mr. Koch answered my questions about the AndroCar study on this thread. And there is the advantage that if he is appointed as the new President then he won't have to waste any time getting up to speed on Paracelsian's business.
