Steve- Your post: Senate's new leader expects CPMF to be approved tomorrow Jan/05/99 at 01h22 pm ET You were scratching your head trying to understand the sudden change. My sense is that this is talk- nothing more- confidence building. Note the the references to what happens if they don't have a quorum. These guys are not even sure if they have a quorum or when a quorum will exist. At the same time though, I agree with you that the will pull the rabbit out of the hat by the time this session is over. Tony
