greg, I've been able to trade in and out of my APM shorts many times since early november. Always without incident. My broker is eTrade. As for a rally? Posibly, but nothing extended(I hope). I'm expecting the rest of the sector to release earnings with a much deteriorated outlook. Jon Bird
