Who can defend this? Federal law explicitly forbids excluding a military ballot because of a late or missing postmark. the reason is simple, if you are on a ship your mail is transported to the US via military transport and then placed in the mail. So a letter mailed on October 30, may not get a post mark until Nov 10. Again you demonstrate a lack of knowledge and a desire to distort
