Elliot: The first day of fishing will be offshore in the Gulf, trolling for wahoo, tuna, cobia and whatever else bites. The second day will be fishing in bays and marshes for speckled trout and bull redfish. It can be quite fun catching a 30lb. redfish on what is essentially bass tackle. The great thing is that I've never ended a day of fishing for redfish in Louisiana without catching more than my limit (5, and 1 bull)....of course, the rest we release. I believe I saw the statistic that 3/4 of the marsh land in the U.S. is on the Louisiana coast. If you visit, you'll believe it.

Then of course, we'll be spending a couple of nites in New Orleans...I'm sure I'll gain 5 pounds over the next few days! If you ever want to take a trip there, let me know....I know all of the people to make the arrangements.

regards,
greg
