That is what the USSC will rule on. If the no standard hand count is unconstitutional or not IMO. No wonder then that the Supreme Court is taking so long, lol. Because with what you said, we are right back where we started, I think. There are standards, just not uniform standards, in Florida law due to their specifically stating that each individual county set their own procedures. So if they do indeed determine that these Florida laws are unconstitutional at least it may settle that issue - and I guess Florida would need to rewrite/correct them...? But it would still be 'changing the rules' after this election. What a problem they have!
