There's also some deliberate obfuscation of the two separate legal series involved - one a petition by Wellrich 'Mikey won't ya pay yer bill' and the other a petition by Sylver to be given free rein with the paper.

Quite separate, so one could expect that there are two courts involved.

Somehow I just know that when the whole picture is made clear, it'll be made clear by one of those dreadful 'bashers'.
