SH, I am just going throght the roughly 500 posts since I was on this thread and am answering things one at a time. If this has been addressed previously I apologize. You said I dont find fault with priot mgmt. that is not true. You havent beeen reading my posts then.. I thnk we Need all new mgmt., I cant make it any clearer than that. WE also have new interim mgmt., you have to make a distinction between the two. Also, you imply that there is something that is not above board about Sid Kemps dealings. Why? becasue his firm is paid for his legal services? that is absolutely above board and in the light of day. You are very wrong if that is your point. Mark
